Choose your desired rigid box type and custom specifications. Contact us for a quote.

2. Order a Sample (optional)

Get a sample of custom rigid box before a bulk order to test size and quality.

3. Purchase the order

Confirm the Proforma Invoice and pay 50% payment as deposit to proceed the mass order.

4. Confirm the artwork

Send us your design file, our designers will make the artwork to confirm before mass production.

5. Start Mass Production

After you approved the final artwork, we will start the mass production asap, which typically takes 10-12 working days.

6. Ship the packaging

Once we finished the mass production of Rigid Box, we will ship the products with your requested logistics.

What is the minimum order quantity of Custom Rigid Box?

Can I customize the inserts for the gift rigid box?

Yes, of course. We have three inserts option.
1, foam inserts; 2, cardboard inserts, 3, Plstaic tray inserts
They are all customized easily as your request.

How long does the production process take?

Normally the production will take 10 – 15 working days after you confirm the design of your packaging.
Existing samples in stock will be shipped within 3 working days.
Custom samples with your design and size will be shipped within 10-15 working days.
Mass order in large quantities will be shipped about 8-15 working days.

Will you provide the customized rigid box dieline?

Yes, our packaging experts will lay out your artwork or logo on the dieline to show you the preview effect of your rigid box. That will help you to check out the design of the rigid box whether perfect yet or not.

Can I get some samples before placing the order?

Yes, of course.   
If you want to get our existing stock samples, then we can send them for free, you only need to pay for the freight cost.
If you want custom samples, then you need to pay for the produce sample cost and freight cost.

How can I get the quote sooner?

Please send the size, quantity, design, and destination country of the product you want, then we can send the quote ASAP. The more details you provide to us, the sooner we can offer the quote to you.

How long does the shipping take?

There are three ways to ship your order.
If your order is shipped by air, then it will take 7-16 days to deliver.
If your order is shipped by sea or railway, it will take 35-50 days to deliver.

What format of artwork or logo file should I attach?

Formats with PNG, PDF, AI, and PSD are all worked. But if you send your artwork or logo in PDF, AI, or PSD, it will help us to show you the preview effect of the packaging dieline faster.
