What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends! Normally MOQ is 500-1000 pcs for custom printed design on it.
- MOQ of 100 pieces: Jewelry pouches
- MOQ of 300 pieces: Mailer boxes, reusable bags
- MOQ of 500 pieces: Jewelry boxes, Paper bags, Rigid boxes, Paper tubes, Display boxes, Box inserts, and Magnetic boxes
How do I place an order?
All orders can be placed through our website, which is the single place to get custom quotes and manage your orders from start to finish.
How long does production take?
Typically takes 10-12 working days for mass production.
Where is your packaging produced?
We have our own factory in China.
Do you provide samples or digital proofs before starting production?
You can purchase a digital print proof or physical sample before placing your production order. Explore all sample options here.

How to make a payment?
We accept to pay to our company bank account
We also accept PayPal account payments.
How much is the deposit for the order?
For small orders, it’s better to pay the total amount; in this way, both you and we can save bank handling costs.
For big orders, we accept 30%-50% of the payment.
